Wholesale Return Policy

MyVapors USA is the official distributor of Joyetech, eLeaf and Wismec products.

MyVapors USA does not accept any returned items for a credit onto their account or cash reimbursement; there are no exceptions for this policy.

Companies may return their items for non-credit and replacement if the following applies:

• Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to MyVapors USA Inc. We encourage customers to ship their return packages with tracking. We are not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.
• Item is defective and needs and RMA (Please see the Warranty Policy).
• The incorrect item was shipped.

Customer does not wish to have a free sample that was sent.
If any items need to be returned because of shipping error, please contact your wholesale representative immediately upon receiving your shipment so a pre-paid return label can be sent and the correct items shipped out same day.

Our current policy states, wholesale companies may not return unopened, unused or damaged products for the purpose of credit.

Wholesalers are encouraged to speak with your wholesale representative if there should be any doubts in the quantity of products they wish to order. Our wholesale representatives will always let you know if any new model or product is coming out to better help you forecast your orders.
