  • How do I get access to see pricing?
  • To protect our buyers, we hide pricing information until access is granted. To be approved, simply sign up from our website. One of our wholesale representatives will review your information and be in touch to confirm your account access.
  • What do I need to be approved to buy from MyVapors?
  • MyVapors only supply to authorize entity that has a store or website. We want to ensure that end users are not buying from us directly.
  • What is your return policy?
  • We have a strict no cancellation and return policy. Once an agreement is made and payment accepted, all sales are final.
  • What is your shipping policy?
  • MyVapors will ship items within 1-3 business days after confirm payment. We ship via UPS Ground with signature required. In the event an order is being returned to us due to non-deliverable address or failure to pick up items, buyers will consume all cost including cost to reship items.
  • What is your warranty policy?
  • All kits/starter kits come with a 90 day warranty from date of receipt.  Buyers should be aware that at this time, atomizers and coils are not under warranty. We can only warranty the battery of an electronic cigarette if there is a manufacturer’s flaw or defect.  No replacement or warranty will be offered after 90 days from the date of delivery of the original order.
